Payment
A 30% deposit holds your date and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due one week before your event. Bank transfers and credit cards accepted.

Photo delivery
Delivery takes 2 to 4 weeks depending on the scope of the shoot, through a private online gallery you can download and share from. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

Cancellations
Cancel more than 30 days before your event for a full refund of payments made, excluding the booking deposit. Within 30 days payments are non-refundable, but rescheduling or crediting a future session can be arranged.

Weather
If conditions look rough we will find a backup location or shift the timing. Severe weather may require a reschedule, always with as much notice as possible.

Want to keep going on the day? Additional coverage is billed hourly subject to availability — give as much notice as possible so it can be planned for.

Image licence
Your photos are yours to print, share and cherish for personal use. Copyright is retained and select images may be featured to showcase the work. Commercial use requires a separate licensing agreement.
